Common Questions
Is giving compulsory?
No. Giving is completely voluntary. All iChurch services remain free whether or not you give.
Can I choose what my gift supports?
Yes. You can select a giving purpose, or choose general mission.
Is monthly giving automatic?
No. Your account is never debited automatically and no card is saved. Monthly giving is a reminder service — we email you a secure payment link each month.
Can I stop monthly reminders?
Yes. You can pause or cancel any time from the secure manage link in every reminder email.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Once your payment is verified, you receive an emailed receipt. This is an acknowledgement of your gift, not a tax document.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. You can hide your name from any public recognition. We still need basic details to process and acknowledge the gift.
